3. How do I book an open session?
Sessions are available on pre-scheduled dates. Simply choose an available date, secure your spot, and show up ready to ride.
4. Can I join with friends and still book individually?
Yes. You and your friends can book separately for the same session, as long as there are available spots on that date.
5. Is this suitable for beginners?
Absolutely. Open sessions welcome all levels, from first-timers to experienced riders. The session is guided to ensure everyone feels comfortable and progresses.
6. What time should I arrive?
Please arrive at least 15 minutes before your scheduled session. The boat cannot wait for late arrivals, and the session will start on time.
7. Can I cancel or reschedule on the same day?
No. Same-day cancellations or rescheduling are not allowed. Please plan ahead to avoid losing your booking.
8. What happens if I don’t show up?
No-shows are non-refundable. If you miss your session, the booking is considered completed and cannot be rescheduled or refunded.
